An in-house reception robot is in the planning stage. The initial focus is on deployment logic, dialogue management, interfaces and adapting the software to the respective operation.
It is intended for use at reception desks, where it can support recurring questions, orientation and clearly defined processes. The specific scope of functions will only be determined during the further development process.
