Technical delivery of the website
When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time, requested URL and browser information is processed by servers and network components. This is required to deliver the website, maintain operational security and prevent abuse. The public website currently does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Contact form
When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, type of inquiry, message and, where applicable, the selected service. The information is sent through the configured mail server to info@westudio.de so that we can handle your request. To reduce abuse, the requesting IP address is used in the web process for an hourly rate limit. Depending on the inquiry, processing is carried out to handle pre-contractual requests or on the basis of our legitimate interest in communication and protecting the form.
Local preferences and cookies
The public website uses browser storage only for functional preferences such as language and light/dark appearance. These settings are not used to build usage profiles. A technically necessary session cookie is used only in the protected CMS administration area and is not required for ordinary visitors.
Website 3.0 project assistant
The Customer Chat under /customerchat is a separate application with its own privacy information. Before or while using the chat, the information provided at /customerchat/privacy applies. The chat is not required for normal use of the rest of the website.
Recipients and disclosure
Data is shared only with technical service or communications providers where this is necessary for hosting, network operation, email delivery or the function you choose. Personal data is not sold or disclosed for advertising purposes.
Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant inquiry, operation of the service and any applicable statutory retention obligations. Short-term technical protection data is discarded when its purpose ceases to apply; the contact-form rate limit uses a one-hour window.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority. Privacy inquiries can be sent to info@westudio.de.
